A Killer V-Day Workout
Happy Valentine's Day lovers!
Hope your day is full of happiness, love and maybe a little bit of chocolate.
I decided the best way to celebrate the holiday was to get my ass handed to me at CrossFit this morning.
I love deadlifts. I love deadlift variations. I think I'm having a love affair with deadlifts, so I was happy to see them on the board for today's workout.
The sweat part of the class though. Oh holy goodness. I don't think I'm going to be able to lift my arms over my head for weeks. (maybe that's a bit overly dramatic...)
But for real. Rowing + push presses + push ups. Death to the arms/shoulders.

I have lots of thoughts about this topic that I'll discuss later, but I really enjoyed her post, so go read it. (Plus it's short. Will take you like two minutes to read.)
